Raffaele Cicala joined UniCredit Group in 2006. He is now head of UniCredit Group Household Financing Division with Subsidiaries and Divisions in six European countries and CEO of UniCredit Family Financing Bank, managing Group financing activity to Individuals/Families for both Group Retail Networks and for other non banking channels, of about 100 bn € assets. He previously worked four years in Procter & Gamble, where he was Group Manager in Italy and at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for sixteen years. In BCG he worked in Consumer Good & Retail and in Financial Services in France, Italy and CEE. While at BCG, Raffaele Cicala set up and developed BCG offices in Warsaw, Prague and Rome and has been Vice President & Director and Partner of The Boston Consulting Group Inc. and CEO of BCG in Warsaw.

Hans-Martin Kraus, Member of the PBC Executive Committee, Germany, is responsible for Deutsche Bank’s business with mass affluent clients.
Hans-Martin Kraus joined Deutsche Bank in 2000 coming from McKinsey. During his career with Deutsche Bank he held numerous positions.
After his function as Global Head of Business Management of the IT/OPS Division he took over the management of the business with modern private clients and banking products. In 2004 he was assigned Chairman of the Executive Committee of the German consumer finance business with the corresponding responsibility for sales in Germany. Furthermore he was CEO of norisbank.
