Discounts are available for companies registering three or more delegates. Please visit our corporate discounts page for more information.
- Can I register for one day or split a place?

Registration for one day is allowed. Delegate places can also be split but this is purely on a daily basis. Please contact +44 (0) 20 7760 8699, if you wish to register delegates in this way.

- What happens when I register a delegate?

Your registration will be confirmed by email. We will also post you a delegate information pack containing details of the venue and event accommodation, an upto date programme and details on what to do should you be unable to attend.
- How do I arrange accommodation and travel for the event?

Overnight accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee. A map and directions to the conference venue can be found in the venue page of the conference for which you are registering. Reduced overnight rates have been arranged at several local hotels. Details of these rates will be included in the delegate information pack dispatched upon registration. On each occasion, it is necessary to contact the hotels directly with the booking reference specified. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.
- I have specific requirements concerning the event

- I need to cancel my place

Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the conference will be refunded in full less an administration charge of £100 + VAT, or €150 + VAT where the event occurs outside of the UK. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing and submitted by either emailing conferences@marketforce.eu.com or by writing to The Registration Department, Marketforce, 3 Sutton Lane, London, EC1M 5PU, United Kingdom. We recommend using a method of recorded delivery to ensure notice of cancellation is received.
Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days before the first day of the conference, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted and conference documentation will be provided. You are still entitled to conference documentation in the event of cancellation if the cancellation date has passed and a refund is not possible.
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. To inform us of a name change, please fill in the name change form included in the delegate pack dispatched with your invoice/receipt.
We regret that we are not able to transfer places between conferences or events.
