The European Outsourcing Association (€OA) is the only pan-European Association for effective Business & Process Outsourcing, and is passionate about outsourcing and the business benefits it delivers. Our members are European companies who have outsourced (or are about to outsource) significant business processes or infrastructure, as well as the suppliers and legal/consultancy/service companies which support the industry.
The €OA operates as a pan-European Trade Association; a federation of country specific bodies operating as independent 'not-for-profit' organisations whose shared objective is to leverage effective outsourcing practices - it is the voice, forum and champion for Europe's business outsourcing community.
