The 6th annual Energy in Central and Eastern Europe conference was this year set to a back drop of unprecedented turbulence in global financial markets combined with renewed concerns over security of supply in the region, highlighted by the recent Russian gas crisis. Senior representatives from across the depth and breadth of the central and eastern European energy sector were given an intimate opportunity to share knowledge and experiences.
With a fully functional, transparent, free-flowing energy market across the region still in early development there will remain a number of important topics for discussion at future conferences, but for now, please enjoy the documentation from this year's event and revisit some of the key themes which formed the foundations of the debate.
