Root Learning approached Marketforce to build an event which build brand awareness of Root Learning as the leader in strategic learning and to create new relationships with company executives by providing a valuable opportunity to demonstrate the company's values, mission, and methodologies. In addition to creating new contacts for Root Learning through networking at event.
In order to achieve this, Marketforce project managed a breakfast briefing at Coq D'Argent Restaurant overlooking the City of London in June 2005 attracting delegates from the retail sector to attend the two hour event.
Marketforce was responsible for the following:
- Full project management and client liaison
- Venue selection and reservation
- Identifying and providing an appropriate target attendance list
- Marketing the event through targeted postal mailings, email follow up and telesales support
- Managing the booking process and delegate enquiries
- Full pre-event and onsite event management and support
