DISTRIBUTION IN THE UK INSURANCE MARKET: Triumphing in a Dynamic Landscape
Marketforce produced an evening seminar followed by a drinks reception for in October 2005 for Satyam, a leading global consulting and IT services company. The event was designed to attract 40 senior level figures from the UK insurance industry for a two hour seminar featuring five industry speakers.
The seminar was held at the Royal Lancaster hotel and was followed by a champagne reception overlooking Hyde Park.
Marketforce project managed the seminar from the initial concept and ideas for the subject matter, through to the onsite delivery of the event. This included:
- Project management throughout the event
- Sourcing key speakers from the industry and liaised with them in the run up to the event
- Delegate management and registration processes
- Supplier management and liaison throughout to include venue, catering, AV
- Marketing the event using printed and personalised invitations, email follow up and telesales support
- Onsite management of the event
