Crisis Management

Crises happen - and many more nearly do. In such cases we understand that clients need objective, clear counsel. We help clients develop a strategy to minimise the impact of a crisis by working with their senior management and senior in-house communications professionals to think through and simulate various crisis scenarios. We then role-play, document, rehearse and critique the responses to the various outcomes.
