All registrations are made subject to the terms and conditions of Marketforce Communications as set out below:
Payment Terms
Payment is required within 30 days of the registration being received. When registration is made within 30 days of the conference, payment is required before the first day of the conference. In all cases when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.
Methods of Payment
Payments are accepted in Sterling and Euros.
Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account with a UK sort code and should be made payable to Marketforce Communications Ltd and sent to The Accounts Department, Marketforce Communications Ltd, 3 Sutton Lane, London, EC1M 5PU, United Kingdom.
Bank transfers in Sterling should be made to Lloyds TSB plc, sort code 30-97-81, account number 00894664, IBAN: GB39LOYD30978100894664, Swift Code: LOYDGB2L, BIC LOYDGB21034. Payments made in this way should also carry the conference name and your company name as reference.
Bank transfers in Euros should be made to Lloyds TSB plc, sort code 30-97-81, account number 88061150, Swift Code: LOYDGB2L, BIC: LOYDGB21034, IBAN: GB09LOYD30978188061150. Payments made in this way should also carry the conference name and your company name as reference.
Payments can also be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
Registration Fee
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions, refreshments, full conference documentation on the day plus access to the conference presentations post event. The fee also covers attendance at the conference receptions.
Conference Documentation
A hard-backed A4 folder is provided at the event containing all speaker presentations where available. One copy is made available for each paying delegate. Due to reasons beyond the control of Marketforce Communications, not all speaker presentations are available before the event and the provision of presentations is at the discretion of our speakers. Following the conference, a unique conference passcode is emailed to delegates and the proceedings can then be accessed on the Marketforce Communication's website via the conference documentation page. Please allow 5 working days for this to arrive.
Event Accommodation
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates are usually arranged at several local hotels. Details of these rates can be found in the venue section of the conference for which you are registering. On each occasion, it is necessary to contact the hotels directly with the booking reference specified on the relevant venue page. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.
Travel
Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Marketforce Communications is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation. Directions to the conference venue can be found on the venue page of the conference for which you are registering.
Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the conference will be refunded in full less an administration charge of £100 + VAT, or €150 + VAT where the event occurs outside of the UK. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing and submitted by either emailing conferences@marketforce.eu.com or by writing to The Registration Department, Marketforce Communications, 3 Sutton Lane, London, EC1M 5PU, United Kingdom. We recommend using a method of recorded delivery to ensure notice of cancellation is received. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days before the first day of the conference, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted and conference documentation will be provided. You are still entitled to conference documentation in the event of cancellation and this will be despatched once the conference is finished.
Substitutions and Name Changes
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. To inform us of a name change, please fill in the name change form included in the delegate pack dispatched with your invoice/receipt. We regret that we are not able to transfer places between conferences or events.
Split Places
Split places are acceptable. Delegate places can only be split on a day-to-day basis and between members of the same company. Please note that only one copy of the conference documentation will be provided.
Indemnity
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the programme. We will endeavour to keep you abreast of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. Should the event be postponed, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. If, for reasons beyond the control of Marketforce Communications, an event is cancelled, a full refund will be made. We are not liable to pay any incurred costs resulting from any postponement or cancellation.
Security
Marketforce Communications is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data. All personal data is gathered and processed in line with the Data Protection Act and Marketforce Communications' privacy policy.
Law
The terms and conditions contained within this document are governed by English Law.
